What this website collects

This website is a product catalogue. It has no customer accounts, no shopping cart and no online payment, so we do not ask you to register or to enter payment details.

When you use an enquiry form, the details you type (such as the bag, quantity, your name, country and notes) are turned into a WhatsApp message inside your own browser. They are not saved on this website. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp enquiries

Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta. When you send us a message we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your profile name and the content of your message. WhatsApp processes that data under its own privacy policy. We use your message only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and handle your order.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your contact details only to reply to you and to handle your order.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
